Hey!

right well if you don't know already i love running and compete at county level regularly and next year hopefully national level!

but i need to be able to stay focussed and stick to an increasing training program especially now after christmas!

so anyway i was wondering if theres any tips i can use to stay focussed also i was wondering if there was any websites or anything that i can print out a professional chart from which i can fill in my progress etc?..

so any tips and that will be +repped! thanx! ;) xx

I am no expert in training but im sure if you just keep on thinking about how good you could be well then this might keep you more focused

also
I Dont think this was what you were talking about for a chart but maybe it might help its a weight training chart just click here (http://www.recsports.osu.edu/uploads/weight%20training%20chart.pdf).

The best thing to do would be to get a friend to regularly train with you. I know a few cross-country runners and marathon runners and none of them train alone because they know they have less chance of slacking if they have a friend with them.

Yeah good idea, I find doing anything with friends can help alot because it makes you think that your just hanging out with your friends rather than doing training.

If you have a friend with you, you will probably want to impress them to try your absolute hardest every time you train.
If you think to yourself, the harder I train, the better I'll be then you will find yourself trying harder to become better!
Good luck :P
