Image Script [+Rep]

Basically i would like a scriot where i can manage my pictures, display them in a gallery style layout and display like the last 3 uploaded (Like cutenews displays last 3 news posts).

I cant find a script anywhere and i was wondering if anybody had an idea of where i could get my hands on one.
