Ok, i have a dual audio output on my TV (most likely for left and right speakers yeh?) and no headphone slot. Im wondering what to use to convert it into one signal and turn it into a headphone port? Ive had a look and im thinking its RCA cables that connect but im not too sure.

Help appreciated.

i think it looks more like this:

because the image you posted looks like it is a headphone cable (end) rather than one that headphones plug in to :P

Correct :)

What sort of TV is it? It's very rare to hear that TVs don't have headphone sockets... They're usually the basic thing you expect to have.

err, im not entirely sure on the model number but its an LG 32" model: 32LC3R. I'm pretty sure it doesnt have a headphone socket. just, under the HDMI input something saying Variable output out: L R :(

That picture was from play.com but the thing is £8.

Seriously? If it was a cheaper brand like Vistron I wouldn't be suprised, but an LG? Have you checked around the sides for any holes?

There probably is one somewhere, as if you connect via the phono audio outputs you will have no control over the volume. It will be reasonably loud all the time.

Usually its by a side input thing. It may be hidden inside the TV. (I had a tv at home for 3years and then one day I discovered that if you push part of the tv in it pops out with a component input and headphone output...

It's a shame no website seems to have a 3D view of it, that way it'll at least confirm to everyone that's it not in obvious places :P

What's the black circle at the bottom right of the screen?

Hmmm weird. I did a Google Search and there's another LG TV which hasn't got a headphone socket, but it's a different shape and size to your one. 26" LG 26LC2R

Might be an LG thing where they just simply don't have headphone sockets. Good for if you want a cinema sound system where you plug headphones into that, but not very good if you're on a strict budget :P

It appears that it doesnt have one on the back :'(
