Virgin media are being utterly and ridiculously slow today. I pay 8mb and today I am getting 125kbps and that isn't because i've downloaded a lot, I just logged on when I got home. Apparently BT are also having problems.
I am angry at Virgin Media for just calling them simple "technical faults", how am I supposed to predict when i'll get my speed back if they don't tell me? And they don't even know how wide spread the problem is either, they think its within a small area of south London however I am far away from there and I am experiencing problems too. Their info line isn't any help either, how are they supposed to find out I am having problems if their phone service is an automated ****.
