Changing Text

how would i go about changing text on clicking a link? so when somebody clicks a link a piece of text on the page will change to somthing else?

You mean like an iframe or something :S When you click a link and text appears in a certain area.

do you mean like say an ifraim, to change a whole page, or like say javascript to change the text like say for the + and - buttons on a open close menu system "/

erm...
right theres the nav
when you click an option on the nav it will change the php include in the content box, there is like a tag above the content box like people normally do which would say something like "Content" when somebody clicks a link on the nav not only will the include change but also the text above the content box will change to something of my choice and it will work for all links

you could ether just print the page name varible there via echo, or run another if stament to change the page name varinle in to the writen page name of your choise "/

Why not just include the title in each page.. just afew lines above..
