Chairs can't be placed on mode bars anymore

Had this problem myself last night. I just picked up the bar and reloaded the room and placed the bar down, then placed the furniture on top. Its like stacking a lodge bar/desk now. Something has to be behind it that or your stuck picking and reloading.

I actually had trouble with placing a mode corner to connect two mode gates, it just wouldn't go in that square.

It's always been like this. If you understand 'bar stacking' w/e you wanna call it, then you can still put stuff on the bar while it's on the ground. Calm yer jam.

This happened to me with loads of other furniture before the new update... I think it's a glitch.

wouldn't be surprised it there was actually something wrong because normally they always hold their square so you can hover over it like normal but now obviously you can't go over that square. That stuff normally happens when there's an item with the same property above it (like another mode bar). It's not a problem at all though, you can still put things on as normal, just need rollers to do it. I'll show if you want and I can be bothered.
