You can do it so that SAM records what your graphics card hears... I think it's something like stereo input or something. idk, if you select your soundcard as your input, you can hear what the soundcard is sent..

hmm im not sure how you mean 'Decent' But people are always asking...

How do you double Dj with vista?

well the answer is you need to have a good enough sound card if you do you should be able to do the following

If you have Vista:

-Click Start
-Click Control Panel
-Click Sounds and Hardware
-Click Sound
-Click the 'Recordings' Tab
-It should show your microphone
-If you right click in the box and press 'Show Disabled Devices' it should pop up.
-Then click it and activate it!
-Then Load Up SAM
-Click Config
-Then Click on the tab box and select 'Stereo Mix'
-Then call someone via Skype, Turn your mic on and it picks them up!!!!

If you have xp:

-Double click your volume control (make sure your mic is not muted)
-click options
-properties
-click the recording bubble.
-Click ok
-Make sure that stereo mixer is checked

Hope i Helped,
Richie.

Yeah, Ross, you can use skype but choose the input on sam for your mic as your soundcard, instead of your mic :-)

Actualy whoever said on SAM u just set strereo mix on Sam your incorrect, if you did that then they would only hear the person(s) talking to you on skype.

That is correct.

This definitely works, and gets around that problem. It's basically the same but requires 2 computers to get around that problem so you can be heard. It's fine with a laptop and computer - which is what I did.
