What sort of Gamer are you?

It seems Gaming is generally on the up during the economic downturn, specifically Casual Gaming so I was wondering, which gamer are you?

Casual Gamer -
Plays for fun and to have a laugh with mates. Doesn't take it too seriously but feels a bit of a sense of achievement when doing well.

Hardcore Gamer -
Must be good at gaming and spends a lot of their time on it, tries their best to complete and win things no matter what.

I wouldn't say either of them, I don't care for winning but I'm not really casual, I spend alot of time on games but I do because it's fun.

I would say I was a casual gamer (I probably used to be a hardcore gamer) but if I am playing a game, I am there to win it :P

But I am there to have a laugh and I wont be glued to the screen.

So, really a mix of the two :P

I'm a mix of both in the sense I want to win at whatever I do (that's really just me in life anyway) but I don't become addicted etc to gaming.

I don't like those two terms tbh, casual gamer strikes me more of the Wii/DS catagory but hell i'd put myself as a large mix. Losing isn't what I like doing but I'm not too hardcore.

Casual until I hit sports games. I would hate to be a third person listening to the shouting and chanting in a match on Fifa between me and Chaz.

I like to think of myself as jst having a laugh, but then I want to beat my k/d ratio so get determind. Bad mix. lol

I play games for the plot so i have no idea.

However, i play on gta a lot, just messing around online

Casual. I complete most of my games (or atleast try), and sometimes push myself to get an achievement, but at the end of the day I'm just playing entirely for fun or to show off online. I'm very competitive though.
