Make it so at the start it says do you want to start-up:

Windows 7 or Windows Vista

If so, how can I do this.

Basically if you make a new partition you can have Windows 7 running on one and Vista on the other. Its not to do with weather you download it from MS or not, its just faster that way, its to do with weather you install it on a separate partition or install it over your Vista partition.

When I'm making a partition it says all of the C: bytes are taken but on free space it has 47% but it says I have 0 bytes free when trying to make a partition :l

You might have some unmoveable blocks near the end of the partition. I have no idea how to solve that if it is the case though :(.
