I don't think Makosi was planted because of the secret mission, i think it's because she's a bit too fake on the sly. She always wants to be the centre of attention. And when she got the secret garden mission thing, when big brother told her that there was people living in the secret garden she didn't seem shocked at all. As if she knew they were there.
