That is so obviously the TV, you even hear someone speak after the chainsaw kill when both controllers vibrate.

Agreed. Must get distracting with bloody GoW logo appearing everytime you run.

Both my controllers don't use batteries, their them play and charge ones or whatever so I could easily have these... shame their custom made.

Well it looks like he added a red light inside the controller and cut out the GoW logo into the controller.
