It's just there's now more reason to believe in it they haven't actually found it yet
great now the us, uk, china, and russia are all gonna spend like $500 mil each trying to be the first to bring them back to earth.

what recession?The UK is part of the ESA thank-you very much (European Space Agency, some silly imitation of NASA). In times of recession it's good to invest in projects like this, as the spending has knock-on effects so then everybody begins spending, therefore, no recession (Looks a bit late but anyways :P).
