Have I been banned?

I tried tuning into habbox live today and got the message in In my Unis Media player (The one they require us to stream media through) that my IP had been banned from the server, Is this the case?

I get the following message

"Cannot connect to http://72.232.228.218: 8002 (http://72.232.228.218:8002) the server returned the following message IP BANNED, If this is a 520 error please contact IT support on 0399"

I can get to the site ok, I download the windows media stream link it directs to the IP specified

Even with the IP you specified I get the same error

Nobody is banned from tuning in so idk whats up

You can only be banned on the request line and that's for sending in rude requests and things.
