If City aren't challenging for the title next January, he can walk.

He wants to be sold for £65m if this happens too.

I guess 100m for 1 player for 1 year isn't too bad aye? ;)

Yeah, but I doubt this exact story is true lol. I have no doubt he'll want some clauses in his contract along the lines of "if we're not challenging for a champions league place within the next two years I want a get out clause of 65mil" or like "if the owners sell i want a get out clause of 65mil" etc etc

(Still too much but meh.)

No but he's acknowledging that not many other clubs would fork up 100m for him, so he's saying sell me for 65m which I think is an OK price. (Still too much but meh.)

I don't think £65m is okay if you think about it. £30m is considerred a huge price, and only a handful of clubs can pay that much for players. £65m is the price of two Robinhos, who cost a fee that Chelsea couldn't afford to pay in the Summer.
