Am I the only one who thinks that it wasn't a bad miss?

For starters, the ball was coming off the crossbar and he would have had to jump very high to get the ball downwards and on target. Had he waited for the ball to come down, then head it, Hart would have saved it. When the ball is coming like that, it's very difficult to get over the ball and head it downwards.

Maybe, I'm just blind, but that's the way I see it.

Matt, would you like to post in this thread please for some footage of it.

It wasn't a terrible miss but it wasn't exactly sublime finishing.
Don't blame him tbh.

I get your point, the press and pundits made it sound worse than it actually was. He still shoulda scored though.

Yes but as you can see after it rebounded off the crossbar thats when he had run, however, if he had waited and timed it right he would of been able to just head it or even volley it in the net.


Is it just me or does Zaki run wierd in this sig?
