Yesss i noo theres another thread but thats his.
Can you tell me if this is okay? seems bottom of the laptop is getting "hot" lately..
idling at the moment by the way,
not overclocked or any of that ****.

laptops aren't great for cooling so yeah that's pretty norm

Yeah that's about right but never put your laptop on a bed where the fan cannot "breathe", always put it on your knee or on a flat table when using it.
Also, dont leave your laptop on for more than about 8 hours at a time, when you are away from it put it into "Sleep" or "Hibernate" mode so it can cool itself down.

Why not, i've left my laptop on for 2 days straight before and it couldnt "Breath" as it was sitting on my sofa

It depends where the ventilation slots are tbh.
On my old laptop it couldn't "breath" when i had it on my lap so it just shut down and refused to boot for 10 mins whilst it cooled down.

But yeah, this one is fine on my laptop, and my laptop is on all day lol

It isn't good for the components, if your CPU gets too hot, it could get damaged (unlikely though).

My laptop has been through hell and back against your laptop then.

Same :P I usally leave my laptop on, on my bed with the covers over it :P It was about 80c but still worked xD
