Looking for Good Free Hosting

My FREE webspace provider wants to charge me, but seen as I signed up when it was free, I think thats false advertising and breach of contract so i'm pursueing that, but in the mean time I need a host with CPanel and around 100 - 200 MB FREE.

My last one gave me 500MB and 10000MB Bandwidth free with CPanel and Fantastico.
