round really good looking boys, and im going out with one on saturday night to see that scary 3d movie thing, but hes sooo good looking and idk why but i get all nervous, and when i was talking to him on the fone i was really nervous aswell LOL

how do i stop being nervous round him, and dont say pretend hes ugly!!

mm just don't get your hopes up really. like just think to yourself he only feels sorry for you that's why he invited you out (i'm guessing) then you'll just be yourself and he'll like you for that and you won't need to act any different?!

Anyway I don't know just try and get closer to maybe one boy and gain confidence with him and then use that confidence for talking to other 'good looking boys' as you say or w/e.
Either that or do something so embaressing that you'll never feel embarresed about anything else again. Don't know how that ones supposed to work :P.

The more you hang around with them/him the easier it will get. I used to be like that but then the more time I spent with people the easier it got to talk to them.

You probs like him alot then. Just think of it as, he's a guy & you're a girl, you're both equal to eachother. As Malachy said, just get closer to the guy and I think the barriers of your nervousness will break down quite quickly.

yeaa true, hes got a really good personality aswell haha, but im scared incase it goes silent, which prob wont happen as i dont shutup :P

Not all relationships are serious, and he might think the same way. Don't jump to conclusions on whether you want a relationship or not, because he might just turn around and be a nice guy without all the serious complications.

If (or when) he does come across as being rather serious, just tell him you wanna take things slow! He sounds an alright bloke, so I'm sure he'll understand.

Lmao I haven't felt like that in a very very long time!

But, to be perfectly honest, the whole nervous thing is part of the fun of it! If you weren't as nervous, you wouldn't be as excited. Adrenylin's (sp?) a good thing...

Just spend a very very very very very very long time getting ready and you'll feel a helluva lot more confident. And just think, if he does go silent on you he's not exactly the best guy to be on a date with, looks aren't everything :/

So, he's got a soft spot for you, that doesn't mean he's going to take something superly serious. He might just be saying it to make you feel special, which is fair do's as it sounds like he likes you.

Yeahh but at the same time bare in mind that he's obviously going to be nervous too so try and take control a bit (if u have the stronger personality.. also more pressure on u)

I think everyone gets nervous when they first start dating it is because you both still need to get used to one another and get used to him and the way he acts, the nerves will go away over time of dating him, just relax and enjoy the dates because when it is time to meet the parents that will be real nerves! :P
