I make my password 'expire' every 72 days and so now and then have to create a new one.

Today this happened (72nd day). I tried to sign into messenger, and got that error which in short means your password has expired. So I went to change it (you have to go through password reset) and went to secret question, hmm it doesn't work?

So I keep trying and in the end it blocks me from trying to answer with my secret question.

OK so I try sending an email to my alternate email address - the message doesn't arrive. I keep trying but with no luck.

I am completely out of ideas. Can anyone please help?

I've tried that Windows Live ID Validation thing but I'm having an epic mind blank.

If it fails to get to the page it is probably down for maintinence or some shizzle.
The email will be delayed.
