I complained about my credits disappearing but not going into my purse when I redeemed them. I honestly didn't think that they would refund so I didn't even ask for it. But they did. They even went to the extent of checking my other account for faulty credit transactions and refunded them as well.

Here are the two, note that I merged them together.

I don't care about the credits as I have lost more the same way in the past but just didn't think reporting would help. It's the fact that they bothered to go through log files & refund me that counts. So I bought him a gold trophy with it. I just wish I hadn't been so rude to him in the email. I was a little upset then as it was my third experience with the bug.

Below are the emails.

I wrote:
Coins do not go to my purse when I redeem them. I am not joking around anymore. I have lost a sack, a gold coin, silver coin to mid air.

Fix the problem.

And NO, unlike what Support Staff said to me, I am NOT a victim of a scam in which someone gains access to my account, I placed the coin on the floor, clicked redeem and my purse didn't top up.

Since you refuse to hand out refunds, I suggest you

Fix the problem.

Thank you.

Hi Habbo,

Thank you for your recent email.

I have found the bug and noticed you attempted to redeem a 5 credit coin. This has been credited to your account.

I apologise for the inconvenience and confusion this has caused you. When we update Habbo it sometimes carries bugs that we are unaware of till Habbo's notice them.

Until this has been fixed, please do get in touch with me should you still have problems.

Yours,

I just noticed that some people have gotten credit refunds yesterday as well for camera film. I dont have any film. I havent had any film since 2003/2004 and I have been steering clear of cameras for about that long too [they never sell]. Plus it was on a different account. So the 15 credits that I got were given precisely for faulty transactions. Just fyi.

Just a random question, but what does it mean if it says "credit donation"? I've never looked at my account transactions before (since I didn't know they had that feature), and all of my transactions were normal redemptions/purchases, etc., except for one that was for 10 creds and was labeled as a credit donation. I'm just curious.. Was it from a giftbox? I don't remember receiving any gifts with gold coins in them lately though..

They only replaced it because you used real money. So you could sure them basically. If they didn't replace it, that could be classed as them scamming you. Especially if they were aware of the problem. If you won a competition and you were suppose to get creds, and you didn't. Habbo would care. Becuase they're like that.

I bet if you traded for the coins they wouldn't refund.

You are right. But there is a very easy way around this. Just claim that you bought the coins :P

But then habbo could check your transactions and see you didn't. Then they have the right to perm IP ban you for trying to scam them...

Why would they ban me for claiming that I bought the coins? How is it a scam? Whether or not I paid for the coins, the coins are rightfully mine and they cannot deny that.

The staff aren't childish.

I must of understood you, was you saying to pretend that you bought the credits to get a free refund?

Free refund? That'll be the day. No. I traded for the credits. First time round, my sack disappeared. I didn't report. Second time round, my gold coin disappeared. I reported but didn't state a method of payment for the credits (since I'd traded for it rather than purchased it). No refund.

Third time round, my silver coin disappeared. I reported it all pissed off. I claimed that I'd purchased the credits via something. They immediately refunded the silver coin and even checked my other account which lost the gold coin. They refunded that one a few hours later. Strangely, the two accounts were registered to different emails.
