Skins Season 3!

Just watched the first episode of Season 3 and it was awesome!!, the trailer thing they had at end of what's to come in this season was like ughhh can't wait for next weeks :D

It’s the first day of term at Roundview College and a new gang is forming. Best friends Freddie (Luke Pasqualino), JJ (Ollie Barbieri), and Cook (Jack O’Connell) are en-route to college. Their world collides with Effy’s (Kaya Scodelario), and Cook is intrigued – this trouble maker has met his match. However, both Freddie and JJ are equally smitten.

Identical twin sisters, Katie (Megan Prescott) and Emily (Kathryn Prescott), prepare for their first day; as per usual, Katie walks all over her sister Emily. Once at college, Effy and Katie clock one another immediately, whilst Effy’s best mate Pandora (Lisa Backwell) tells Effy she wants to lose her virginity "asap".

At college, Cook tries to charm the girl sitting next to him but instead winds her up. Naomi (Lily Loveless) doesn’t suffer fools gladly and grasses Cook up.

Effy issues smitten Freddie, JJ and Cook with a challenge to be completed by the end of the day. The winner will get to ‘know her’ better.

And so the first day at college begins...

I liked it. Fart jokes were terrible though and the same with the whole policeman/rubbish truck thing. Adral O'Hanlon as the mad irish teacher was hilarious and so far it looks pretty good albiet a wee bit predictable in the relationships, pandora and Jj for example.

I thought it was ok. I want it to be as good as the original cast's though so I hope they drop all the slapstick crap.

I wish everyone would drop it with the "it's crap" or "it's rubbish" ********. I watched it and it wasn't crap it was just very different... It was as if it was a different show that was based on Skins as opposed to the new series of Skins. I hated the stupid slapstick humour though, hope they get rid of that.

I don't like much of the cast either, I can accept Effy and Pandora as they were in the previous series but I hate that Cook guy, he's an ******** Chris wannabe and the skater guy looks almost identical to my mate Dale.
