I said your doing something illegal - you are hosting it as it linked to your .html page, and as that .html page is created on your hosting dir with the video EMBEDDED into the page, you are therefore hosting the video, maybe not the actual video it self, you could be embedding from say youtube but your still embedding it onto your hosting dir.

You also have no warning that you have adult nature - I could be 12, I could report your website and possibly sue you since I now have a "mental disorder" and I have seen my doctor, and he said I do to, now that I have his proof I'm gunna sue you for a few thousand of quid.

If you embed an object (such as a flash or video object/applet) that doesn't mean you host the content and so you cannot be held liable for the content shown in the video (there has only been like one incident where a person was held repsonsible for linking to illegal content, but that was in the UK, not US).

Also, about the absence of a disclaimer; I'm pretty sure it's not illegal to not show a disclaimer in the US, but agan, I'm not completely sure.
