I need help, my mate doesn't like my sister, He asked if we could spend some alone quiet time together, we are getting close (as in boyfriend/girlfriend) he asked if we could spend break together I agree. I text him saying I'm with my sister and that I will pop down and not stay, He seems moody with me because of this, also I asked to meet sunday he agreed as long as we are alone.

Its also I live with my sister, he helps me out with things, I'm scared I will loose him all together.

Is he being stupid? I need help how I can resolve this without loosing either. I'm moving out on 1st Feb so I won't be with my sister all the time, He says she makes him unconfortable.

Well why not go see him and leave your sister at your place, theres nothing to stop u leaving her home and going out is there? It will just me more complicate that he cant go to your house but then he can go to your house because your sister isnt going to be home like 24/7 right?

Doesnt make any sense tbh. Sounds like you are saying your sister is a man or something, not that you ever mentioned a sister before.

Hmm well... maybe he feels like he cant talk to you as easily when your sister is there, and feels awkward showing his affection towards you, e.g. holding hands, when she is present?

Just tell him that both him and your sister mean a lot to you, you dont wanna lose either of them etc. Just try and spread your time between then equally and dont make out your ditching one for the other :] Tell him when you have plans with your sister, and invite him, but make it optional and easy for him to say no. Atleast then it wont add pressure etc.
