I think this rare has peaked for now and will decrease in price. It may go higher than 69HCs in the future but for now, i think 66HCs is its best value.

I see this rare pretty much always sell for 2HC, I think it will remain at this value for quite some time.

I usually see this sell for either 2 or 3HCs so i think somewhere in the middle is the right value. I dont think there is any need to change its value

This rare is quite popular as it is good for gothic/scary rooms, i think it could go up slightly but not by much.
