This is really the first 'Public Space' styled alt I've ever made so its taken me a while to work through some of the size issues and some of the kinks, I'm guessing there are a few pixel errors although I'm not sure.

Anyways, this is the Construction Site Public Space, I haven't included any other habbos etc. except the default service habbo because I wanted to show what it would look like if it just opened. I know that there isn't much on it, but basically since it was my first time with a public space alt, I thought I'd take it a little easy:

Feel free to rate and C&C.

I really do like it. The sand works well because public rooms don't really have amazing floors :P

The only issues I see is;
- The fence. It's flat from left to right, but when it gets to the end (right side) it's '3D' again?

- The metal framework. It has no/not enough bottom shadow? and just looks like it is there, but not meant to be there?

- The metal framework and those orange tower things have shadows going that way <<<<< yet all the other things such as the desks, tables, chairs, work benchs, place with the bot etc. don't?

Also, what's with that random bit of sand that looks like it's a gradient? :)

Its a little bit plain. The ground however is really good. But the metal strcutre is a bit samey, and because of the shadows on the orange beams, it does sort of mean everything else should have that sort of shadow. Its alright but with some downsides. 6.5/10

Ye, I agree, would be good too if the sand was grass and or a road with like JCB tyre tracks on them going around the site :D

In order as written above:

- Actually the fence doesn't go 2 dimensional, its simply the size of the fence which makes it difficult to see it.

- The metal framework and the orange towers (which is a crane base by the way) follow the same shading technique employed by habbo, if an object is too large to cast a minor shadow, the shadow will conform to the light perspective on habbo, which is a horizontal light perspective (see the hotel on the hotelview for an example).

- I was going to make an additional section which was going to have that as a path to, I was going to put fences etc. on it, but I decided not to in the end and failed to notice it was there when I posted it :P.

I've made a few changes, although I've darkened the shadow inside the buildings frame, I've kept the beam shadows otherwise it doesn't look right, and I've kept them horizontal for the reason I stated earier.

Mmm its getting better but I know their is only so much you can do with an image like this, but it looks staged, not like a proper, dirty, messy construction site.
