I usually only eat fast food like once a week, but now I work in a shopping centre, so I east fast food pretty much every day.

I only have a very small breakfast, lunch is normally something light like a sandwich or a salad, but dinner is either McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut etc. and i'm worried that i'm eating fast food too often - it's probably 4/5 nights a week.

Is this like mega bad for me?

That is probably not very good. But it won't harm you atm, but if you persist doing so, it will probably affect you.

I'd suggest pasta. So easy and it gives u energy etc. I never get tired of it :)

As amazingly tasty as fast food is, that is bad for you. Once a week maybe is ok but not everyday. I'd say just make yourself a nice sandwich and pack yourself some nice things for lunch and dinner so it'll take your mind off of it ;).

If you work in a shopping centre it wont be to hard to find a decent place to buy some healthy food...

I wouldn't say it is the most healthiest option, but as long as you eat it in balance with other "healthier" options, it should be fine, but perhaps just cut it down to around 2 times a week?
Also, just because its fast food, doesnt necessarily mean its the most unhealthiest option, I gt a pasta pot from tesco the other day, and it had around 600 to 700 calories in it, and this was only tomato and basil chicken pasta pot, whereas a McDonalds 1/4 pounder has around 400/500 calories in it. So it just depends what you eat.

once a week is bad for you so 4 to 5 is quite bad yeh.

I saw on Facebook that you was going gym before work, should do it after so you burn off the calories of the fast food, but then again it'll still cause colestrol and stuff, should just bring some fruit to work or something :P

it's not. so long as you exercise regularly and eat healthily otherwise, it's perfectly fine.

having fast food every day gradually will make you become more unhealthy, even if you do exercise regularly. next time, before you go to work take some food with you like a sandwich and some fruit. or if there's a subway near you buy a low fat sub. they're way healthier and probably way nicer than McDonalds or fast food like that anyways.

Well, if you go to pizza hut you could try their new range of pastas which is healthy for you.

Well obviously with all the crap in fast foods, continuing from here won't do you very well.

If you're scraping the sides when you go out the garage door, there's problems.

Yeah its not the best thing to eat.
But it wont be that hard to cut down, just start to pack a sandwich, something like turkey and lettuce and mayo or something. You should also pack an apple or banana along with it. Than get some juice with it. That should be a healthy snack to keep you over until you get home so you can have a proper dinner.
Hope I helped

It depends on what you get so it isn't "perfectly healthy."

Yes, it is, but only if you choose to make it healthy. Jared, the famous guy that someone mentioned, also ate a 12-inch veggie sub for lunch, and a 6 inch cold cut sub (i think) or sub of the day with lots of veggies for dinner. He went the healthier way. If you get anything with cheese or bacon or regular sauce, thats where the fat and caloires are. Also, honey oat breat, or whole wheat is way better, white is no good, and the parmesean oregano and italian herb and cheese are especially bad for you because of all the extra cheese!
But if you order your sub with no cheese, low fat dressing, no bacon, white meat (chicken, not processed.. like from the chicken bacon ranch- no bacon), and lots of veggies, on whole wheat, its very good for you
