From what i've seen, people are willing to pay more than habbox's value for this rare unless they are sold more than one at a time, then they are usually sold at about 1.5HCs. I think the value for this rare should soon increase.

I would suggest a decrease in the value for this rare as not many people are willing to pay 5HCs for a rare that is mounted on a wall and this is a very high value for a rare that goes on the wall.

I have noticed that these are in extremely high demand recently and because of this, are being sold for more than their value. I would recommend an increase in value.
