I decided to do it myself. Much more easier.

If there is anything what you think that could be improve, just say it here.

Ok, here it goes.

Dear Sulake Group, plc,
I am writing to you to express my feelings on how you have gone about the closure of the “V.I.P” section on Habboxforum and on other Habbo Related sites.


Habboxforum is one of a few websites who provide a dedicated and accurate service to members of the “Habbo Community” globally.
Not only do members of Habboxforum provide other members with updates and the latest news about Habbo but they also provide other quite important Habbo service's like “Habbo in General” Where members can post those “important Anything related to Habbo Hotel, including questions”


Habboxforum/Habbox is the only the site out there who provides the most honest rare values. They update it daily and have the most dedicated Rare Value Reporters who go the round the Hotels “Daily” noting down and reporting users Furni Values. “ 95% of Habbo's around the world depends on Habbox's most honest and up-to-dated rare values.


Without the V.I.P that Habbox/Habboxforum mostly depends on, Habboxforum may no be longer be able to provide Habbo's around the world with vital everyday information/help which they need.


Habboxforum is a site where “Thousands” of Habbo's depend on, without Habboxforum, Habbo is no longer habbo, Hundreds Habbo's across the world uses Habboxforum everyday to get reliable information/advice where no other Habbo Fansite can really provide.


I am asking you, as a member of the Habbo Community to rethink
Your decision to take away the V.I.P section from Habbox as they need it to provide Habbo Hotel users with the service they so desperately need.

If I was a none pornographic site I wouldn't depened on "VIP" or any user subscription to survive, hense the google ads. The biggest forums in the world survive and some of the smallest with just ads so why can't this one?

Also, if you really want to send it address it "To whom it may concern" and don't send it in size 14 bold typeface otherwise you'll get the standard reply which all companies have.

Go around a variety of the hotels, and ask 100 hundered habbo's if they use it, if 76 people say yes. You can say in your email 'I prefromed a survey worldwide and found that 76% of habbos use habbox'.

It doesnt actually tell them what VIP does. It just says without it habbox would die basically, in what way does VIP keep the information up? Gotta explain what the VIP feature actually does, other than 'provide a service'. Ya get me?

If I was a none pornographic site I wouldn't depened on "VIP" or any user subscription to survive, hense the google ads. The biggest forums in the world survive and some of the smallest with just ads so why can't this one?

Also, if you really want to send it address it "To whom it may concern" and don't send it in size 14 bold typeface otherwise you'll get the standard reply which all companies have.
No it would depend on us buying the subscription :'(

personally i think you're taking this wayy to far, it's disappointing that we can't buy vip anymore but it's not really a big deal lol.

also there's loads of errors which i cba to list, i don't think they'd mind anyway.

ps. if anyone wants to buy 4 months VIP or 2 months VIP+ for £8, PM me.. i have some in hand from nvrspk4 (bought it, changed my mind..)

You need to be clear about why you're contacting them in the first place and explain a bit about the situation regarding fansites in a lot more detail before you begin talking about HabboxForum. If someone who knew nothing about the VIP Situation picked up that letter they'd be clueless about it all. And as for posting it, send it Habbo UK and Sulake UK and maybe even Sulake Helsinki.

Thanks for all your comments and your support! :rolleyes: Anyway lol, :P I've taken everything each one of you have said, aboard and will adjust my letter to make it sound more real and slightly more formal.

Oh and thanks Jordy for that comment, i think I've got it now.

I don't think they'll give it more than a glance. I bet they've gotten like a hundred of the same thing. So unless you have something you can use against them, you've got nothing. Sorry to say but yeah.

Its a sample of the hotel :rolleyes: its what companies do to save them money instead of going round the WHOLE of the community and then sorting it out, its much less time consuming and doesn't cost as much as going out and asking everyone.

The one way Sulake could end this is by sending out an email to every habbo through a mail merge or something and ask if they have bought VIP before and use habbox? :S wouldn't exactly take much, just have to dig up the emails

I thought it would be evident by now that habbo don't care the least about who plays it so long as they get all of their player's cash. money spent on VIP is money which could be spent on credits in their eyes.

You won't get an answer and you should of attacked them at their weak points, the reasons why stopping V.I.P was irrational and they know they have no reason for doing so.

If I was you you, I would of added: "There appears to be no given explaination for the sudden ban on fansites, which begs the question 'Why was this ban implimented when your customers are not given answers?' Surely your customers should be given answers to sudden restraints? Otherwise this shows un-professionalism on your behalf."

His percentage can be correct and is, at the least, understandable. 99% is 99 out of 100 (99/100), but the % has been used to show it is a percentage and not 99dividedby100.

"wisely depend" does make sense too, as wisely is the adjective of how they depend on Habbox. They are wise to depend, so they wisely depend.

Pffft, far too lazy :P Plus the company has a long history of bad customer services so the chances of such a letter being replied to or even read seems some what unlikely, and they really do not seem to care about their customer relations. Their policy is "change will be made so screw anyone who disagrees."

I'm actually tempted to use Sulake in my business assessment just because theya re a fine example of a poorly controlled company that doesn't understand customer relations, when the business is meant to be serving the customers.

Uk Office and Head office in Finland.

Lol it's been about 4 days and no reply. I don't think I'll get one. I've taken out the the percentage crap. I did the statistics because i thought they wouldn't know Habbox only do Uk rare Values. :P
