Yoghurt
Evaporated milk
Coconut milk

so far ive tried with evaporated milk nd coconut milk. To me, it tastes better with evaporated milk. What do you think?

yogurtttt, I think when I had coconut milk in a curry I found it a bit sickly

Coconut milk if you're making a Thai green, definitely freshest taste

I'm such a curry freak and it really depends on what kind of curry you like.

In my opinion Yoghurt definatly it gives it a creamy texture :).

Coconut milk but yoghurt is just as good :D

Depends what type of curry your wanting to make, if you want to keep the flavours but tone the spices down, use yoghurt, If you want to add flavour and heat the spices up, coconut milk. Evaporated milk probably the same as yoghurt but obviously more watery, thinning rather than thickening the curry.

I want a curry now.
