Ive kinda made it clear to her that i dont like her like that, but she keeps it up constantly trying to be all... lovey to me kinda thing. At first it was kinda flattering but now its kinda annoying especially when i like someone else and my friend constantly says that me and this girl go out or like each other or did or whatever when i dont like her.

I think you need to tell her again that you are not interested in her as anything more than a friend AND if she does not stop the things she is saying and the way she is acting then you are unable to carry on being her friend so she will lose your friendship. after you have said this hopefully it will sink in but if she carries on then it is best to not be her friend anymore, distance yourself from her and ignore her.
