Did anyone watch it? It's about Gok Wan being 22 stone as a teenager, I'm gonna watch it on 4oD before I go bed, is it any good? I hope I don't have nightmares about big Gok.

yeah it was good but i realy do wonder how he lost all that weight, he looks like a new person.

my guess is that he lost weight really unhealthily, or maybe due to surgery which is why they didn't say how he did it.

I watched it last night, all he mentioned was an 'extreme diet' and apparently it took 6 months to lose the weight :S
