View Full Version : Rio
Rio looks like he will be leaving man u unless they offer £120,000 contract instead of a £100,000.
I'm guessing if he does leave it will either be Chelase or Real Madrid!

I just hope we can hold onto them so that we can push for promotion again this season ;)
I agree with the greedy comments if i was earning 100,000 A WEEK i certainly would't be complaing!! He should show that he's loyal to Man U and sign a new contract for 110,000 which is wat Man U are offering at the moment. Woooo that's still loads greedy beep.

Thing is, footballers don't know the meaning of the word loyalty. Even Stevie G was going to move from Liverpool or was certainly thinking about it at the least.
Haha he wants 120,000? Hes not a 120,000 player. Even 100,000 is overduing it.

And I think Steven defenatly knows the word loyalty. He turned down a 38 million pound deal and to be the highest paid english player last season from Chelsea to stay with Liverpool. If I were him I would have thought about moving too. Liverpool finished 4th that year and this year in 5th. At some point loyalty doesnt seem like to much when you could be getting paid 150,000 pounds a week.

I agree it's not like Rio really needs the extra £20,000 a week.

Yep i heard that aswell and it will be Real Madrid Probably because apparantly there making a Swap between Rio going to Real Madrid and from Real Madrid, Michael Owen going to Manchester United.
That would be a good deal for them espically since it looks like Benitez is going to snub owen by trying to Crouchy instead. Personally I think Crouch is junk. I'd rather have Owen.
