Took me 15 minutes to complete.
5 for the hair mostly
3 for the lines
5 for the coloring of the shirt and hair.

Pretty bad tbh, Block shading, no shading,

So it took you 13 minutes, not 15.
Waste of time imo.

sorry mate its awful, you've filled it with default colors which are way too bright and to be quite honest are starting to hurt my eyes.
Next time, don't remove all the different colors just to fill with one color, get different shades of the color you're filling it with and fill the object with them so that the shading corresponds to the original piece.
atleast you tried - unlike some people that just c+p *cough*thorn

Omg why don't u actually tell him how to improve it... thats just mean
Some one has to start some where..
I agree with some of the comments above, but, when your in paint start using the warmer blues rather than the bright ones, never use the turqoise hair as it looks bad when shaded in, and remember to shade it in!
An easy way to learn how to shade (this is really sad but it helps) draw a light bulb at the right of your work, then image where the brighter and darker parts will be.
It helps, i hope you improve :)

just like you did in that post?
I actually did tell him how to improve, so eat my shorts.

Go Kyle.
Anyway, what I'd suggest is that you actually ignore that bit about warmer blues.
The technique to shading is to add loads of blue to the darker tones, red to the midtones and yellow to the light tones.
I'll have a go at shading this and get back to you.

By his first attempts, it's obvious he can't make an improvement!
