You must save it as a .flv or .wmv :)

Sometimes you may need to download different codecs for the audio/video, but it should normally be fine. :)

Go to this page and drag the link to your bookmarks bar.

Click it on the video (make sure it has &fmt=18 on the end of the url) and it will download like a file normally would in Firefox.
