Download it from your vBulletin members area. You have a licence, don't you?
If yes, then go and download it from there, if not then save up.

If I remember correct, a licensed user isn’t allowed to distribute their copy of vBulletin to anyone else. The best solution is to try and contact your friend, since anything else would violate the TOS.
