Well i bought Canon 450D digital SLR camera on eBay which was about 2 weeks ago and it hasn't come. I was talking to the buyer via AIM and he was just being a complete *** saying he posted it which he obvs hasn't.

I opened a dispute but it clearly does not state how to escalate a claim straight away.

I know your not meant to escalate it after a few days has passed or so but I'd rather make this over and done with ASAP.

I think you have to complain to eBay, then they look into it i think..

Hmm, I'm sure there is a direct link on Paypal where you can escalate it.

There's a moral here - don't buy anything of significant value off eBay.

I bought my TV off eBay - no problems.
Bought several faulty ipods off eBay and fixed them - no problems.
Bought a DSLR - no problems.

So your moral sucks.
