I've been going out with my girlfriend for almost 2 months now, and it's going really well, and - sorry to go all mushy but I love her to pieces and she feels the same. The thing is, she's absolutely stunning, and I'm not just saying that, she is, everyone thinks she is, and I love her personality too obviously, but then I'm nowhere near as good looking in comparison, even though she says I am, but obviously she would say that wouldn't she. Anyway even though it's going really well I just keep feeling low because of this and I really don't know when/if I'll come to accept that she just loves me and it won't change... Hm.

No it's not! Many people worry that they will loose their GF/BF as they worry about their looks and think that someone else may come along and they will be finished. Not everybody is confident about their appearance.

It's a natural feeling, not everybody is so confident and forward that they don't care if they get knocked back, however, aslong as things are good between you both and you tell each other how you feel then you have nothing to worry about.

if someone wasnt confidence in their appearance then they probably wouldn't have a gf/bf to start with. additionally, if someone who is not confident in their looks gets a gf/bf, they aren't going to be dumped because they suddenly turned ugly overnight.
