Palacios suspended against Bolton?

Been hearing rumours that Wilson Palacios was suspended for Spurs against Bolton but still played. Anybody know anything different?

Heard that too, not sure :S Hope they get a few points docked though.

Suspended for 2 games for Wigan. Sat out the Stoke for Tottenham this week. He was cup-tied against Man Utd and, apparently, that counts as one of his 2 games. :S

Conflicting ideas for the rule considerring suspensions and ineligible. I tihnk people are confused as to whether the cup-tied game counts towards the suspension. It should do, but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't.
