I disagree, NTL/Virgin would traffic shape you that much that if you saw 25meg you would be luckly. it will cost upwards of £45 for a product that might not even run at the max

Its not made for a single connection... its made for having say 5 downloads going @ 10mbit each.

I will easily see 50meg I reckon. I wont get shaped at any point until the roll out is complete, which knowing there rollout time frame wont be for a long time ;)

1.5Mbps upload on this package. That seriously blows in comparrison to the download speed. 33 times slower. Idealy you only want it about 10-15 times slower.

I'm not losing 7mb at all, if you read the post you would see I'm not the bottleneck, the server I'm testing couldn't dish it out fast enough.

It costs £51 a month with no phone line, something like £46 with, I pay an extra £10 a month cause I had XL everything, so I get a large discount.

Jesus christ. With 5MB/s you could download 421GB a day. Make the most of it before they limit you!
