I'd like to see you find someone else that puts in the amount of dedication I know for a fact Luke did. Every single day he updated those values, every single day he kept the morale high in that department, (wondering how i know, I speak to alot of them on msn), and now you've taken that away.

I think Habbox can safely say they've handed over the values wagon to HHGS, who deserve it, (i dont work for them before anyone says!)

Firstly, thanks for your comments I guess. Now we've got that bit over, where do we state that we are the "leading fansite"? I see no reference to this - so I don't see how we're supposedly immature either.

Secondly, you must admit there is some bias in the M-T change, seeing as you worked under him. I don't know anything about the situation so I can't really comment, but I know that Jake (Immense) is a really dedicated and hardworking guy, who is going to be great at his job.

Finally, (geez, I need to think of better paragraph openers) I don't get where the suddent outburst and plug of HHGS has come from. From a glance at the site, it looks like a forum to me, not a rare values site? I've come across a (rather hidden) rare values page, and it's showing that photographs are 1.5 HCs? What?! Now i'm no rare values expert, but seriously, there must be millions of photo's on the hotel. Habbox are pretty much the most well known - and most trusted for that matter - rare values website, and I think it might stay that way.

I'm not an AGM or anything, but that's just my two cents.

I have to admit, I find this pretty funny. Yes Jake is a good rv manager but in no way is it fair to dismiss a manager and then hire Jake back. Who then wasnt even in the dept at the time, yeh if he was head rv then maybe but mmm.

Plus, if you think that the department will be crap without this dude, then we'll wait and see... If it takes a turn for the worse, I'm sure whoever did the firing/hiring will soon change their mind :)

HHGS deserve nothing if HHGS.net is the owner, the site is horrible, non functional and slow as hell, and if HHGS.net is the owner he's a complete moron, rude and he smells like a troll to me.

I guess you could say we are. According to habbo users themselves we are the number 1 fansite, so that's always nice to hear. As for the "How immature can you get", I really don't know what that is supposed to mean related to this situation. I did however take it as a nice set up as to what to expect from the rest of your post.

It is up to Luke himself to tell people why he was demoted, and he seems to have taken it amicably which is a testament to his maturity. Luke will still be in the department, he can still keep morale high. Just because he isn't there doesn't mean Jake won't be doing his best to keep the department top notch - it's his job to. And you can be sure rare values will still be updated every day. I think everyone who has knowledge about how the departments works would agree that it was at its best with Jake at the helm.

In the "real" world a lot of jobs are advertised and alot of companies promote within but advertise the position publicly or scout for a person that seems to fit the position externally.

If your argument is X should of got the job then that is a matter of opinion i know neither of the people you are talking about but i did work in the rv department for a long time a while back and im sure Habbox's RV department will carry on just as good as its ever been. Habbox has a big following and is the main resource for rare values on Habbo UK (opinion not fact, based on my viewings and trades over past 5 years of Habbo).

I suggest if you have a personal problem with the matter (a)GM's would be happy to talk to you about it via PM :)

I don't remember reading in this thread that the rare values department will be crap without Mr-T? But what I do know is that Mr-T started as a rare values reporter before me and went on to be the rare values manager after I had left. So there is no doubt whatsoever that he has worked very hard to become the rare values manager. I'm not saying that Immenseman hasn't worked very hard for the department because he has, but just not this time. He has jumped from not even being in that department to being the manager of it. (no disrespect to immenseman).

If I was in control here I would of brought Immenseman in as "the experienced helper" to be the assistant rare values manager to help luke (Mr-T) out and go through anything that Luke is struggling with.

It has happened in the past and it happens everywhere; Companies sometimes find that certain people do not fit the exact roles etc.

We are well aware that Luke was 'dedicated' which is why he is still on the team, with a Senior position. We didn't just make the decision without thinking about it first. Any decisions we make are always made with Habbox's best interests at heart.

Immenseman has been in the department before, and IIRC was the longest serving manager in that department... So it's not as bad as you're all making it out to be. Sure, I could understand it if someone totally unknown, like me who hasn't even worked for Habbox, got it - but Immenseman knows what he's doing, and I'm sure the management do aswell.

Sorry but I don't think it's up to you to criticise the way Habbox manages it's management.

He is still Head Rare Values reporter so has not been removed from the team.

Jake was a previous Rare Values Manager and was probably one of, if not the best Manager they have had. He did an amazing job when he was manager but resigned from Habbox completely. He definitely deserves it and I'm sure will do a great job yet again.

HHGS is a failure and Habbox are much more widely known and used.

And sorry but Wrong?. No, Right. Habbox is the top ranked fansite along with ClubHabbo, Yes it's been around for a long time. - Fact.
