The runescape banning system

I am 10 day'd for using a bot but the last time I used one was about 1 month ago, I only used it for 4 hours at the fishing guild. So why do they ban people for offences that they comitted ages ago?

Jagex are slow, unpredictable and you can never know the outcome but merely assume you'll have a perm ban slapped on your red bum cheeks the next time you make an offence

because a rule was still broken, doesn't matter when it was. I've known people who got perm banned for autoing 3 months before the ban.

Yeah can't remember what game terms and conditions but positive it was runescape. Something official like "Jagex reserve the right to be able to ban any user who has broke the terms and conditions, regardless of the time" was 5 years ago though and can't remember if it was actually runescape!

Alot of legit members on sythe have claimed this has happened to them, which is the strongest evidence we have.

They are gonna start giving you black-marks for things you commited ages ago that were reported but nothing happend. Then they will give you another ban for actually botting and that will be the perm ban. Chances are you will get perm muted in the next few days/weeks
