I think that all Non-HCs can do the ex-HC's dances

These are:

The Pogo Mogo
The Duck Funk
The Rollie
and of course The Hab Hop

Bit annoyed to be honest as that's one of the things I paid for with my credits :@.

I doubt it's a glitch, I think it will be one of Habbo's "monthly updates" to make Habbo "a better place"

If you read the article, you'll see it's for the release of the Shalimar furniture and that it will return to HC only after Valentines.

To celebrate the Bollywood Furniture's arrival and all the Bollywood style dancing we will be doing, we are temporarily allowing everybody to access all FOUR Habbo dances! This is a temporary feature and the three HC only dances will only remain available for HC members after Valentine's. Enjoy!
