In ICT i was looking for pics of a nintendo Wii and sumbled across this, its about half the page down but yh here it is:

Everyone seemed to wonder what the hell it was, well i guess that page explains it, I have no idea why habbo gave it to people for the tourist trap during the diner competition. Once again this is completely random and probs not worth a read and wont interest you but there are 4 people in my ICT class as everyone decided not to turn up as it snowed yesterday and im very very bored. nuff said.

It's a voice recognition computer called "HAL" in "space odyssey" - the books/films written by Arthur C Clarke

habbo were probably promoting/planning to promote it therefore gave the badge, but ended up just giving a random badge for a comp because they were too lazy to give out

HAL stands for Heuristically programmed ALgorithmic computer
