Frankie good find, +rep if I can, that isn't the UK'S badge because the uk are doing the bollywood thing for this years valentines and that badge dosen't look very bollywoody but theres a chance...

Of course it could, they can do anything they want with Badges.

What I tried to make clear, is that you didn't inform in the first post that the Badge was used in Canada for the Free Hugs campaign. That piece of info, is what the Badge is for atm. And you missed it (in your post).

Since he was pointing out that fact that it could be used for valentines this year, no connection to the free hugs campaign at all.
Its like your actually going out of your wayto rub it in his face that he missed some information out lol.
