Nope. He was in London on deadline day and Arsenal claimed a agreement was struck. How the weather stopped them from doing the deal before 5PM nobody knows. However Zenit said hours after 5PM they had not agreed a deal...

This may be the case however I'm at the point where I'm seeing things which Premiership clubs are also seeing. I was right all along.

Much to the dislike of some of the people in the sports forum of course.

Seeing what things? That the transfer was done late? This was spread all over SSN for two days.

The transfer was wrong.

Arshavin was in London on Monday morning, why couldn't the deal be done?
Hours after 5PM Zenit said a deal had not been struck.
The FA said in order to go through you had to of agreed a deal before 5PM.
This was not the case.

It was not splashed across SSN, which is why many people in the sports section did not agree with my post. If it's not on SSN it's not correct...!

Is it ironic that the "story cannot be retrieved"?

I'm sorry you didn't get Arshavin, Matty.

The story said that a meeting has been confirmed and the transfer concerning Arshavin will be discussed by the Premiership managers and officials.

Soooooooooo, there's nothing on BBC, nothing one the Premier League OS, nothing on Sky Sports however you proceed to think that an American website is a trustworthy source on a British FOOTBALL story.

Matty, I know you're not as shallow as this so stop digging the hole deeper for yourself.
