Sent an email to them saying that i forgot my password to an account - I also said i couldn't remember my date of birth as well as when i created the account i put in a random date of birth.

I provided details to help get my account back someone how. (Which was my IP Address and ISP.

I sent this on Monday and still no reply. Sent one on Tues/Wens and still no reply.

Any advice?

Oh and yes! My account is verified.

If your using hotmail it will take weeks for the email to get back to you. Hotmail is also unsafe so just don't use hotmail.

Yea. Takes ages for habbo to get sent to hotmail...

Lol. I don't think the account is that important for me to do myself in. :P

WEEKS? How come? last time i used the help tool i got a reply within 5 hours. :S

Well, it took me from saturday to today on ymail to recieve the following, after I had expressed that I DID NOT have access to my account and/or email...


Hi Habbo,

Thank you for your email.

Your details are currently correct.

Did you know you can change your Habbo's password and email address yourself? In both cases, you will need to know your Habbo's birthday and current password. Here's how to change your Habbo account details.

Password:

1) Log in to Habbo.
2) On the the first screen you see after you're logged in, click 'Account settings'.
3) On the page that opens next click "Password".
4) Input your current password
5) Fill in date of birth
6) Type in your new password twice (please read the notes on password suitability)
7) Type in the security code shown in the image
8) Click "change password"

Email:

1) Log in to Habbo.
2) On the the first screen you see after you're logged in, click 'Account settings'.
3) On the page that opens next click "Email"
4) Fill in your Current password and date of birth
5) Fill in your new Email
6) Type in the security code shown in the image
7) Save Changes

rofl ludus is useless

anyway, if you're using hotmail you will get a reply within 1-2 weeks, if ymail/gmail then you should get a reply within a few days
