Would Killzone 2 be awesome and radical... with the graphics of say... Doom 1?

By the way, I didn't like the demo too much - but the multiplayer seems promising, will still get it.

less than likely not.
the whole hype of killzone is because of the graphics and the sounds. Its been building up from the thing at that place (name slips my mind atm) about the amazing trailer and graphics and whether it would actually be like that. Its realism (to me) is just about perfect... the rumbles, grenades, guns, graphics, the way it uses six axis on the menu (i think) and when holding a sniper (might be all guns i dunno). Just everything.

So no, it would fail if it had graphics like doom 1.

and why didnt you like the graphics? write your review when u get the game btw

Oh no, I did like the graphics - it was just basic gameplay issues like turning the gun or the amount of guns you can hold.

the amount of guns you could hold? surely you can only carry two guns anyway? And thats the same as COD isnt it?
