Vbulletin Needed... Anyone Help?

Hey, i have been told alot that a forum on Habboarchive would be good as all the visitors have somewhere to talk about resources ect.
So i would wondering if anyone has an owned/leased license i can use/borrow? Also if someone could help me with it all, be the forum manager in such words.
