I'm looking to install a blog on

but is there any software which I can get which dosn't need a theme and is still free

Like wordpress needs a theme, so I can't use the design I have to use wordpress with it can I?

It's got a template system again, I tried blogger and that needs a template. While LiveJournal is a pain about passwords
