Ok, i wanna know how to change my icons on the start screen. I downloaded custiom icons but everytime itry to change the the files can't be found

What i do is

Right Click Icon > Propetries > Change Icon > Browse (Were icons are stored)

But then when i open it the icons are not there, but they show up when im not trying to change them.

Help me change them!!

what do you mean when you say icons arent there

as in they aren't in the browse box, so you can't select it?

or as in when you open start they don't change to the icon you want?

no when i want to change my icons, and when im browings for the ones i downloaded there not there..

Are the files .ico ones, not normal image files such as jpg, bmp, gif, etc?

Yeah the .ico ones are, i wanna know how to get jpg,gif,ect to work as icons.

when browsing change the file type

down the bottom it should have "Icon Files" you can change that too all files.

then select the file

Ok that worked but now they are VERY small i cant even see them :S

oh i was chaing themes and if you dont mean that i saved the images as .gif

yeh i meant the .gif bit cause it looks blurry, did you get it sorted?

No :L i just gave up, for some reason they are staying smal :(
